I am looking for a 2-room unfurnished flat with a kitchen and preferably with a balcony in Maxvorstadt/Schwabing/Lehel (Munich) for €700-900 warm. I plan to move to Munich sometime in January 2010, so I can start renting a flat from 1 Jan - 1 Feb.
