Accommodation needed in Munich Nov. 22nd - Dec. 9th

I'm single, no smoking and no pets and I'm looking for accommodation between Nov 22nd - Dec 9th, close to any U/S bahn (preferably on central area). Could be just a room or an apartment.

Hi, just heard that I might be away on week 48 so it would be then Nov 29th - Dec 9th, making it 10 nights. My budget is arround 200 euros but a bit flexible depending on the place. Any ideas?

We have a nice guest room in our attic if you still need a place. 200 € for nov 29 to dec 9 sounds good to me. We live in Schöngeising, it is a 15 min walk to s-bahn S-8. With s-bahn is about 30 min from Munich.
