Support Technicians.
RESIDENCY/WORK STATUS REQUIREMENTS
This positions will be based in Heidelberg, Germany, or the Heidelberg area, and will support
the U.S. Army Installation Management Command activities in Europe. U.S. citizenship is
required.
Experience with U.S. military or federal government agencies is preferred. All candidates must
have current “WORK AND RESIDENCY STATUS” in Germany AND currently possess or be able to
obtain a secret security clearance from the U.S. Federal Government.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Minimum/General experience: Administrative support experience required. Knowledge
of IBM-compatible computers and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Functional responsibility: Provide administrative support to staff. Responsibilities include filing,
maintaining a library, typing and preparation of letters and technical documentation such as
work notes, briefings, monthly progress reports, spreadsheets, etc. Assist cost analyst
analysts/budget analyst/schedule analyst by collecting, organizing, and maintaining cost and
cost related data. This may include carrying out literature and reference searches to extract
and/or abstract pertinent information from source material in support of engineering or cost
analysis activities. Ability to perform some computer assisted analysis of data.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree.
