150 m2 Top Floor Furnished Artist Loft - Berlin

Flüg33 is a 1600 sq. ft. (152 m2) loft located in central Berlin and run by a couple of ex-pats from NYC & Glasgow. We have two rooms available for rent on short or long term basis. We're seeking flat mates who want to live in a creative social environment. It is an exceptional flat! Huge with light from every direction (south and north), tons of common space, WiFi etc. We are seeking two (cat friendly) flat mates for a term of 3-6 months, possibly longer.

Located on the north side of Neukölln directly between the U8 and U7 (less than 1hr door to terminal to TXL). All basic daily needs such as groceries, banks, post office, clothing etc are within a 5-10 min walk. There are many nice bars and restaurants in the immediate area and only 7 min on U8 to Kottbusser when it's time for some night life in Kreuzberg central.

Basic Terms: 2 month security desposit due to secure the room, refunded in full after rental term. Rent is due on the 25th of each month for the following month (so we have time to pay the landlord no later than the 1st).
