I am an Irish Architect living in Berlin with 15 years experience between Ireland and Berlin.

I have great references, I speak German and am available for any work related to architecture whether is be:

Complete design, CAD-drawing work, presentation, detailing, advice, apartment measuring surveying and drawing up, area calculations and costing, project management, renovation advice…etc.

I also have great, reasonably priced, contacts for all areas of renovation if you wish to renovate or convert your apartment. (New flooring, sanding and polishing of existing flooring, drywall partitions, ceiling replacement, blockwork, door/window renovation, wall breakthroughs, wall preparation and painting, built-in furniture design and fitting, electrician…etc)

Hi Richie,

Was just about to post an advert for some handyman help with some fittings in my apartment so was wondering if you could help. I'm having some trouble with some blind/curtain fittings where I can't use a stone masonry drill piece to drill in far enough for the fittings, the wall seems to be a little rock solid.
