Zimmer (25 m2) in einer 3-Raum WG in Berlin Mitte ab 1. November frei. Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben der U-Bahn Linie 6. Das Apartment hat einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine, gemeinsame Küchenausstattung und andere Annehmlichkeiten. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert, Matratze, Tisch, Lampe und Stuhl. Es ist für alle geeignet, die einen ruhigen Ort mitten in der Stadt bevorzugen.

Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel:
1) ins In-Viertel Prenzlauer Berg (Tram): 10 min
2) zur Friedrichstraße: 3 min (U6)
3) zur Ringbahn (Wedding): 3 min (U6)

Die Kaltmiete beträgt € 300, die Warmmiete inklusive Internet, Strom und Wasser liegt bei € 330.

One room (25 m2) in a 3 rooms WG located right in the city center (Mitte) from 1st of Nov onwards *available*. It is located just right next to the U bahn (U6). The apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine, common kitchen cutlery and others. The room is partially furnished. It has a single mattress, a table, a lamp and a chair. It is suitable if you want a quiet place right in the city.

Public transport connection
1) to Prenzaluer Berg hip area (with tram) : 10 mins
2) to Friedichstrasse: 3 mins by U6
3) to Wedding ring bahn: 3 mins by U6

The cold rent should be around 300. and the warm rent including internet, electricity and water should be Eur330.
