Hi there,

I have a spare room in my apartment for short term rental from 15 November till end of march 2010.
The house is 2 mins walk from Bergedorf Bahnhof.

It is approx 90 sq metres aparment located in a quiet neighbourhood.
The house including the spare room is completely furnished. The room is about 25 sq metres and it has a separate balcony attached too.

The rent is 390 P.M . The rent includes all.I am paying around 950 P.M for the apartment ( includes all)
The house is completely furnished, with Leather couch, LCD TV, dvd player, washing maching, dish washer, fridge etc.
It is completely loaded and all you need would be your baggage.

Your room would have double bed, computer table with internet connection, big wardrobe.
Your room also has a big balcony attached.
All the things in the house is newly furnished and is brand new ( 4 months old).
I will be the only other person living in the house.
so basically if all works, it will be just both of us.

The apartment has a big keller, cycle room, trocker ( drying) room for clothes.
I also have a bike which i do not use . So you are free to use during your stay.
