English speakers in Freiburg?

any English speakers in Freiburg want to meet for drinks? go for a hike? see a movie?

Hi Katherin, I'm living in Lahr Schwarzwald (about 50 km north of you). I've been here for 10 months and very little English people - pretty much going of my mind (German not well enough to communicate fluently in). I would be happy meeting up.

Hi CPT, I am an American and I have been here for six months now. Every week day I ride the train to Freiburg to go to school to learn German. It is so lonely here for me. Hi swittle22. I know what you mean. I've moved down here due to my job, so over weekends I go back to Frankfurt. But in the weeks it could get really lonely and boring - going from work to home, work to home tc. Do you also stay in Lahr? I'm surely interested having some English compatible company!!
