I am looking for tenant for my flat. Starting from November at any date latest till December

The apartment is located in Schwawing-North on Nietzsche 28. (200 meters from U2 Milbertshofen / REWE Supermarket and gasoline station 100 meters away)

The apartment has 48 square meters and includes: living room, sleeping room, storage room, Kitchen, Bath and balcony.
The kitchen has all necessary appliances. Rest of the furniture can be discussed
Parking place can be rented and Washing machine is available, working with coins

The rent all inclusive is 670euros
Deposit is 3 months from basic rent and is 1500Euros

The landlord is a nice and uncomplicated lady
