Nanny recommendations? - Berlin

Hey guys,

my 11 month old son started kindergarten and is not enjoying it, screaming the whole time and so on. I understand this happens probably with every kid and it will get easier with time but I"m really not happy about sending him there. The kindergarten seemed cool but its one and a half teachers (not the bottom half like hours wise) to about 14 kids from 0 - 2 years at the moment. One day i found him sat in a pram when i got there screaming, the other a guy on placement was talking about how a kid had geschissen and hor auf von haulen (bad spelling i know) and the teacher is only 23. Normally I would prefer a young teacher but her heart isnt in it its clear to see.

So on that basis Im wondering if anyone can recommend a good nanny in and around berlin to work 8 hours a day monday to friday. I know that theres always a possibility of things not working out with a nanny or kindergarten but if anyone can give me specific references that would be greatly appreciated.

I will be fine sending my son to kindergarten when he can walk and at least tell me whats going on there.
