Somehow, by the wrong combination of key strokes, I've managed to change the default font size on TT to something smaller. Very small. It's now making my eyes hurt.
I've looked around user settings and searched to no avail.
I'm sure there's a simple fix. I'm also quite prepared to be ridiculed in public by anyone who knows the fix and then curl up in a ball in the corner as everyone else points and laughs at me.
Any thoughts?

It's almost certainly an issue with your browser settings and not TT itself. See
here for procedures and short cuts to increase or decrease text sizes for most popular browsers

Umm, no. After posting, I went for a smoke and thought about browser settings. Came back, went into 20 bookmarks and the actual sites and everything was as expected. Maybe I just inadvertently changed my font settings for TT? Which obviously isn't a TT problem.
Thanks for the link though. One everyone should store away for a rainy day.

If you have a wheel mouse, you can hold down CTRL(Strg) and scroll up to increase the font size and down to decrease it.

A quick one is:
If you have a scroll wheel in the middle of your mouse holding down the control key and scrolling forwards increases the font size.
