I've setup a social networking site for people to meet other English speakers in Luebeck. Obviously the aim is not to compete with Toytown. It's just to get as many events and opportunities to meet people going as possible and it's easier to have it all on the one site. The working language for the events, etc. is English but we're definitely not limiting it to native speakers (we're a very small community At the moment it is dominated by international graduate students at the university but we're open to anyone coming along.
