Room in Hartof - Munich

Hi everyone!
I'm Giuseppe, sadly I will have to leave Munich because I have been transferred in Vienna, so I have to leave my room.
The flat is shared with two Italian girls, both very nice. They are both Italian teachers and they cook very well. The flat has 3 room plus one toilet with a shower and a big kitchen. There is a wi fi connection (alice) and a wasching machine in the basement.
The room is about 12m and it has already a bed (160x200), a desk, a cupboard, a curtain and a bedside table, everything bought at Ikea just 6 months ago, as I can't dispose of this stuff, the person that will take the room, will have to buy it, I ask 200 euro.
The monthly pay is 280 euro plus 20 euro of energy and water and 10 euro of Internet. 310 euro in total. The deposit is 800 euro.
The flat is just about 5 minutes from the metro station of Hartof, U2 line, distant just 15 minutes from Hauptbanhof.
The room will be free from the 1st of December, but if needed, the person will be able to move a week/10 days before.
