Setting up home in Nürnberg

Hi there, wonder if you can help?

I am currently in the process of setting myself up here in Nürnberg. I speak very little German so the task of finding out about landlines, internet, cellphone, apartment contracts plus different connection fees, electricity bonds, TV license fees etc all in German is VERY VERY VERY daunting! I obviously need to shop around to get the best price but have no idea where to start or who to turn to for help.

Is any body able to help or do you know of a company which helps with shopping around for the best price and then the contract fine print in English?
