In your case, in reality your work experience, professional network and knowledge of German (as well as other languages) will trump any perception of your degree(s) unless you have no work experience or almost none. With an MBA, as opposed to other professional degrees such as law or medicine, the prospective employer is the de facto controlling authority on your degree.

One other thing- some people employed by banks in Germany don't have university degrees- they received vocational training. For positions that require this vocational training, e.g., Bankkaufman/frau, they'll want to see that you have this training, not a degree. Point being, you also have to take into consideration what sort of position you wish to obtain when asking if a prospective degree will be recognized. I'd advise someone with a Russian qualification in finance to look for work in Switzerland or Liechtenstein rather than Germany.
