Hi,

I have a virus on my laptop, I think it comes from a Facebook email about a change of password.
I cannot do anything, no internet connection, not possible to open word, excel or pdf docs.

I have tried to fix the problem searching online for solutions but could not find and remove the two addresses the recommended on the help pages.

My laptop protection is quite weak I just have a free antivirus.

Let me know if you can help me with that. This is really urgent, I am in Mitte but can come to you with the laptop if more convenient and faster.
