Personal Training is for busy professionals. You can train in private and one-on-one with a personal trainer. Everything you need is provided, including towels and water.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We conduct training in a professional but enjoyable manner. We provide a great variety of workouts meaning there is no staleness to your routine. All workouts are customised to ensure your workouts assist you towards your goals.
WHAT TRAINING METHODS DO I USE?
We use a variety of training methods designed to target your personal goals, including:
General cardio
Interval training
Resistance training
Modified ’strongman’ training
Speed work session
Boxing
Cycling
Running
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
I offer tailored packages to meet your training allowance. Sessions start at €55 and we can customise programmes that are targeted towards your goals.
FREQUENCY OF TRAINING
Ideally I recommend you train with me 2 – 3 times a week, but this depends on your training budget and desire to achieve results. I offer programming for self directed workouts to help assist when you’re not working with us.
