Third of staff at RBS Coutts Singapore quit
"A lack of annual bonus prospects is believed to be a factor behind some of the resignations at the division, owned by Royal Bank of Scotland, which was rescued by the UK government last year."

The Bankers have partly destroyed the world Economy, and seems like they are still getting FAT bonuses.Looks like I chose the wrong profession to become an Engineer, where I rarely got more than 10% of yearly salary as Bonus .
Any thoughts?

I think you're right.
