Electricians in Munich are no-shows

I need work done on the exterior lights of my shop. I have called three electricians. I made an appointment with the first one; he never showed and didn't call. The second one said he'd call a day ahead of time within a week. That was three weeks ago. The third said he'd come by within 3 days. That was 8 days ago.

Is it my breath?

Complain to the Elektrikerinnung, especially if you have any confirmation in writing.

Made the exact same experience with an electrical emergency in our house, took ages to find one that was willing to come out - granted, it was the weekend, but all electricians I called advertised emergency services 24-7 - and then he never showed. I ended up fixing it myself, which I would have liked to avoid as you never know with this electric-trick stuff ...
