Just thought I should let you know that it is VERY difficult to find a room here. I also doubt you will get any responses here.

But you could go over the the Mensa building in the university (pink one at the Giselastrasse U Bahn stop) and every morning they post new adverts ... I think its primarily for students but you might be allowed to get phones numbers and call etc.

if money is not a problem you could try the zwischenmiete.de website and offer somepeople who are letting out their apartment for 2-3 months more money than they ask for... that could be one way to get a place here.
