Just moved to Garmisch to work as au pair

i just moved to garmisch and am working here as a au pair.. not too sure how to go about meeting people, so if your new here and want a friend let me know!

Just go to the Irish pub at Rathausplatz, you'll meet loads of people there.

there is the loisachbad playground, but i think that is closing soon anyway (like most of them during winter). apart from that i am not too sure sorry, i'm abit out of garmisch so dont do too much with the kids away from the house.

Americans tend to gravitate to Peaches on Zugspitzestrasse on Tuesday nights. It's $ = € night. Also Jameson's and the aforementioned Irish Pub. These are good places to meet people. Or hang around the Marienplatz and wait for the groups of passersby speaking English!
