2-room furnished apartment - Berlin

I am looking for a long-term 2-room furnished apartment at approx. 500 warm (debatable), with a right deposit.
I prefer an apartment in Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg, Charlottenburg, Prenzlauer Berg but all others areas are OK.

Bathroom possibly with shower, but bathtub is also accepted.
I am 30 years old, a software developer, no pets, very clean, reliable.

Now I'm located in Italy, but I'll be in Berlin next week.

We have a 106 sqm 3 room flat (3rd floor) in Pankow, Wollankstrasse. We have just offered to buy on another flat, and are looking to move out fairly soon.

2 mins from SBahn station and 5 mins from Pankow centre, 10 mins to P-Berg, 20 Mins to Mitte.
The flat will be part furnished, but we wanted to sell the furniture that we leave. We also want to leave/sell the washing machine, fridge and dishwasher. All in perfect condition, and good named makes.

We'd really pass on the lease to you, and you'd make arrangements for name changes to the bills. Cable TV connected, €560 kalt with €120 hausgeld and approx €150 gas/electricity per month. Broadband is connected, €20/month, which we can either leave or take with.
