There's an eye doctor in Köln-Weiden, just around the corner from the Rhein Center, who understands all you say and speaks a little English. Very professional, thorough and pleasant.

You can use the website http://www.kvno.de/ to find doctors, almost all doctors speak English (if they want to ). But on this website you can specify language as well

Thank you for your answer. Weiden it's a bit far case we are living close to the center. I will try some doc from the list that I got from the kvno.de. It would have been better to have a recommendation but I hope they all know how to do their job
