Looking for accommodation starting nov 09 - Berlin

Looking for a flat to sublet, preferably in K berg, North Neukölln, for at least a year beginning November 09.
I will consider furnished but also semi furnished (equipped kitchen and bathroom) apartments : 1 bedroom + living, separated or open kitchen, bathroom possibly with bath tub.
Price range depending on furnishing and location. I am a very reliable tenant, I can provide references if necessary and pay a deposit. I am currently based in K berg and have a flexible schedule, therefore I can visit the place anytime that suits you best.
I am illustrator/ graphic designer, non smoker, reliable, can take good care of the flat.

We have a 106 sqm flat in Pankow, Wollankstrasse. We have just offered to buy on another flat, and are looking to move out fairly soon.
The flat will be part furnished, but we wanted to sell the furniture that we leave. We also want to leave/sell the washing machine, fridge and dishwasher. All in perfect condition, and good named makes.
