We have a 3 room altbau on Hasenheide (directly across from the park) very close to Hermannplatz and the Graef Kiez available for rent. We seek a nachmieter immediately. The apartment has a balcony (with view of the park), hardwood floors, tall ceilings with crown moldings, a HUGE bathtub, separate shower, bathroom with two sinks (his and hers), and large windows that get lots of light! It is very close to shops, restaurants, and night life. Just a short 2 minute walk from public transport. The apartment is 110 square meters and 803 warm rent (not including electricity which is extra) plus deposit. The rent may go up slightly (max 50 euro) once the apartment is accessed by the rental company. There is no provision. Kaution is three times cold rent which is 550.
