Kreuzkolln massive 2 bed Apt - Berlin

We have a 92m2 apartment that we are fully refurbishing currently, will be great, 2 huge bedrooms, looking to rent it from about 1st November.

Looking to rent if for c€800 cold pm, but with a flat sharer willing to pay half of the cost, the flat sharer is pre approved and only spends about 50% of their time in Berlin, the apartment has been fully refitted with a brilliant open plan kitchen.

Would be ideal if you like to entertain or cook as it would be a shame to let such a cool kitchen go to waste, we are looking for a neat and tidy professional to rent the apartment to.

The attached picture is of an much smaller apt we refurbished in the same building..

We are a professional couple (aged 27 and 30) and I am coming to work for 1 month at Der Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Tiergarten, for Transmediale festival.
