Places to live around Sindlingen-ISF

Hello,
We are shifting to Frankfurt soon, since my husband got a new job there. Since our daughter got admission to International School of Frankfurt (ISF ) in Sindlingen, we prefer to stay in that area.

Which are the best places to live with family around ISF? How is the transportation facilities for children from the nearby towns to ISF? Where do families live, whose children study at ISF?
I mean,(in general) near the school, or near the City..

We also like our kid to participate in the social&cultural events, as well as to take advantage of the City life in the future. Could anyone advice, which are the best places for us to live, to meet our demands.

Hmm I think Sindlingen has a very bad reputation for airport noise, but then I guess this depends on what you are used to. Also it is right next to the Industriepark Höchst, I am not sure what it is like exactly but the worry of the smells would put me off.

Saying that though if you can live with these two things you could get a reasonably priced place in the local area.

Kriftel is one stop, and Hofheim, two from the school's S-bahn stop. Worth a look, even if not Frankfurt. Both have a small expat community.
