I did a search for this and couldn't find anything. Does anyone know where I could donate some old toys etc. here in Munich? They are in good condition.

Possibly Diakonie in Landshuter Alle who do a lot of decent work with and for people on low incomes.

What kind of toys? Kinderkrippe's and Kindergartens will take them and they need them. I personally know a few that need toys.

I belong to the IWC internationalwomensclub.org and we support the Frauenhaus. This is a shelter for woman experienceing domestic abuse. Amazingly, there is very little support for them from the government. I really suggest you donate the items to them. Here is a contact from the club who can help you with your donation. You can contact Barbara by email bkbirdsall@aol.com
I think TT should have a link for donation suggestion area and suggest the Fraunhaus.

@ Julie
I would gladly do that, if they want stuffed animals. I'll contact them about addresses and stuff.

Munich International Church accepts toy donations which they give to the poor.. so that is an option... you can find them online.. Steve is the pastor and he is really nice...

I had a pile of soft toys and took them across to the Asylantenheim near here and they seemed grateful.

Hi
Does anyone know of a good home/charitable cause who would like some very clean and barely touched soft toys. My children are now too old to be interested in them but I cant bear the thought of just throwing them out. Not looking to make any money out of them, but would be keen to know if there is somewhere that would take these sorts of donations. The other toys are suitable for children up to the age of approx 3.
Any suggestions are much appreciated,
