We are looking for an English native speaker to join our team for the UK market in Sales and Account Management & Customer Service. In this role, you will help us to support our key accounts , deliver first class customer service and attract more booksellers to join our marketplace.
This is an junior level position with a permanent contract, and the job is located in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Your Responsibilities:
Sales and Account Management
- Develop and implement bookseller acquisition & retention campaigns
- Key account management for booksellers
- Coordinate the organization of events and attend book fairs in UK
- Monitor the performance of our English speaking booksellers and support initiatives to increase the overall service quality
- Coordinate the communication with the English speaking bookseller community
- Closely cooperate with the marketing team to promote our booksellers' inventory to our worldwide customer base Customer Service
- Build and continuously improve the customer satisfaction
- Provide qualified and efficient customer support for booksellers by email and telephone
- Resolve customers’ technical issues with the support of our technical team
Your Profile:
- University Degree
- English as a native language
- Advanced English level
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
- Ability to work in a busy environment and to coordinate activities among different departments
- Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize
- Open minded with a “hands-on" attitude
- Profound knowledge of Internet and e-commerce
- An interest in books
- 1-2 years of work experience in the field of sales and/or customer service
