U bahn, S bahn, bus stop and no. 27 tram stop directly outside apartment block. Washing machine available in apartment for use. Will include two seater couch, wardrobe, computer desk and coffee table for extra 50 euros. Large double bed 209 x 109 cm with mattress and pillows for extra 100 euros. 355 a month warm plus 700 euro caution. Second room available for rent as of December. PM me if interested. Since the rent is warm, it does mean all bills included btw.

Just what is wrong with people that they lack the ability to read AND comprehend?

actually, camlough, "warm" doesn't necessarily include "all bills". Usually, electricity and telephone/internet/cable tv are excluded from the "warm" rent.
