Cooking classes in Esslingen or Stuttgart

HI everyone, first of all I have to say thank goodness for "Toytown Germany". I been looking for things and helps and could not find them. However, if I do a search in the discussion room I find the words or name of a place I am looking for. For example I as typing in laundry mat in my translator from English to German and I got Wäsche-mat. So ofcourse I search for Wäsche-mat in Esslingen and came up with erotika shops. So I search here on Toytown to see if anyone asked the same question and that is how I found out is is call waschsalon. Toytown I have clean clothes now, lol, seriously.

Okay, now that I got that out of my way can anyone help me with the name of a cooking school or class that teaches small groups how to cook. I got by 7 years of not cooking because my husband beg me not to cook, lol. Now that I am in his birth home he say that I must learn how too. He plan for friends to come over and over here it is not like America that we can just tell friends and family meet us at a restaurant. He mention that it is very normal for people to come to lunch and dinner and he don't want anyone to have food poison, lol.

I live so far from my cooking and haven't got sick, lol. But for the sake of my husband and others do anyone know of any cooking classes (Kochkurse) in Esslingen or Stuttgart for couples. It does not have to be gourmet (but if you know of a place I try it) it could be a place just to make regular edible dinner, lol.
I have found a few that begins in December and for single people but nothing for couples or before Decemeber. In Oregon my husband and I went to one cooking class in a place that sell kitchenware, but it was not nice (the food result). They do not use sauces and the sauce is what give the flavor a little zing to the taste pallete. I know over here they use sauces with the meal, and I actually like it. So I am sure the classes over here will show us how to cook using the yellow package sauce thing.

Have a look at the course programme of the Volkshochschule, maybe they have a suitable course.

try VHS Esslingen or Stuttgart. i will be taking two at my local VHS (Mannheim).
