I would be grateful for help in translating below to German:

Thank you for your reply. However, there is a misunderstanding.
I have currently two loans with your company. They are xEU and xEU.
In my previous fax to you I had asked to close a loan amount of xEU.
Could you tell me if this is now clear? And it is possible?
Shall I use the same account number you had already provided?
Please tell me: will you charge any monies including your arrangement fee when I cancel the loan of xEU and fully pay back?

Here's a first draft, to be worked over by a second brain. Would be good to get some further background information, to get the translation more sleek. Usually I am better in improving some existing texts, so let's see what we get out of this.

If by "EU" you mean euro, the standard currency abbreviation (if you don't want to use the symbol €) is "EUR"

For the Postbank anything will do, their employees are a bit like civil servants and not much after style.

Ich hoffe, Ihnen mein Anliegen nun verstaendlicher gemacht zu haben; ueber eine baldige Bestaetigung meines Antrags wuerde ich mich freuen. Soll ich die mir genannte Kontonummer (123 456 7789) weiterhin fuer zukuenftige Zahlungen verwenden?

==>> Usually you have some kind of documentation for any loan taken on, where the account number for your payments is mentioned. So your question is little understood by myself, sorry. Additionally I would mention the date of the loan contracts, and any number found on them. So I would word my text a good bit different, see my example with random data filled in:

Vielen Dank fuer Ihr Schreiben vom 30.09.2009. Bedauerlicherweise liegt noch immer ein Missverstaendnis vor, das ich ausraeumen moechte. Ich habe bei Ihrem Haus zwei Kreditvertraege abgeschlossen, von denen ich den einen kuendigen moechte, und den anderen wie urspruenglich geplant weiterfuehren will. Der zu kuendigende Kreditvertrag hat die Nummer 11223377/A4 und ist datiert 12.08.2004, Darlehenssumme: 25.000 EUR. Es sind noch 8.123 EUR offen, die ich gerne sofort bezahlen will. Der weiterzufuehrende Kreditvertrag traegt die Nummer 22334488/B5 und ist datiert 14.06.2005, Darlehenssummer 32.000 EUR.

Mit Fax vom 12.09.2009 (Kopie anbei) hatte ich den erstgenannten Kreditvertrag gekuendigt, doch schien etwas falsch gelaufen zu sein. Deshalb bitte ich Sie, der Sache nachzugehen, und mich aus dem besagten Kreditvertrag zu entlassen. Sollten dabei Kosten anfallen, bitte ich Sie, diese zu nennen.

Meine weiteren Zahlungen zum Kreditvertrag 22334488/B5 vom 14.06.2005 werden wie gehabt weiter getaetigt. Ich bitte Sie um kurze Bestaetigung meiner Kuendigung und danke fuer Ihr Verstaendnis.

Hopefully this Postbank thing goes your way; my own experiences with the yellow bank are not that great, more like average. And always deal with them in written communication, a paper letter goes a long way here.

Please don´t write "MfG" as greeting in official letters and e-mails. It´s "Mit freundlichen Grüßen"

Thanks Frank, you are so right, and I simply took it for granted that 'MfG' is the abbreviation for the full salute "Mit freundlichen Grüßen." And I fully agree that such abbreviations shouldn't be used in any official letters.
