We recently bought a new apartment and are moving in before December. As a favour to our old landlord we are looking for a suitable tenant for our current apartment who would also be interested in buying our fitted kitchen (see pics link below).

We have lived, happily, in the apartment for 3 years now and have a good relationship with the jolly landlord who lives on the ground floor, speaks fluent English and is to hand should there ever be a problem.

Nebenk. +230 Euro (approx. bills although we always get money back and we use a lot!)
