I was seting up favourites today on my Satbox and noticed that several Dutch channels were now being transmitted without encryption. NED 1,2 and 3 are mostly Dutch language, however RTL 4,5,7, Veronica, Net5 and SBS6 carry a fair bit of English language programming which is subtitled in Dutch.
Here is a link to one of the posts I found along with the frequencies you will need if you don´t already have them setup : http://www.sat-television.com/showthread.php?p=473379
Handy TV guides can be found here: http://www.tvgids.nl & http://tvtv.nl (They only show programming 1 day in advance though).
PS. This may be temporary...

I had a look and could not even find the Dutch channels
Which is sad because I cannot recieve the Dutch channels at all.... why sad? Because I only live 2 Kilometer from the Holland border!

They are definately there on 19,2E, but yes, you need a Canal Digitaal card for them again. There are also free to view ones on 23,5E but they are local dutch channels like RTV Drenthe and are pretty much 100% Dutch.

They were FTA for only a short while.
If you're really into English TV, just go the whole hog and point your dish at Astra 28.2 E.. you'll get the whole hog. http://www.lyngsat.com/28east.html

Sky Movies are doing a promo over the weekend. I think at least one analogue channel and one HD channel will broadcast in the clear over the weekend but this is on 28,2 not 19,2
