Computer Science Student fluent in php/msql - Munich

Hi, I know there is a bulk of Computer Science Students out there perhaps many of them not looking at this forum but there you go. I was getting into PHP/MySql and Joomla myself again since last Jan. but there is a few things I still get my head around fully. So what I need is a genuine Computer Science Student that is fluent in PHP/MySql and regular expressions (SE friendly urls) helping me little with some of the code but also willing to share some of his knowledge with me. I am straight upfront that my I have limited budget to this so I need somebody that see's this as an opportunity to gain experience and experiment to adding to his overall college learning curve. Just to be clear again, there is some money but no quick big buck gain and run off. We would need to meet and discuss that in detail.
