Raise your mugs to German efficiency

The lost and found at the wiesn is now world famous. I feel like putting it to the test. Anyone want to loan me their wallet for the day?

I left my cheap old raincoat at the fest once, so went to the lost and found to see if they had it. They didn't, but the room where they keep the lost coats was amazing, I've seen worse stocked shops!

Why don't they put pics of the stuff online?

My favourite bit of that was the American bloke. Drunk, distressed and seemingly minus his wallet they rather kindly helped him to the police station to cancel all his credit cards. At the conclusion of the exercise he discovered his wallet. In his pocket.

Hmmm, let me think, i need a new camera but I can't afford it. I know, I'll go online see what the lost and found have got and get a cheap one there.

Why don't people take a picture of their jacket/scarf/shoes/whatever they are wearing? I turned up with a picture of my missing jacket last year but they didn't have it. Some goon stole it from the Hofbräu tent.

some years ago I lost my EC card at the Fest, went to the Lost and Found office and was handed a big box of plastic cards to sifle through. good job I am honest, there were platinum AE cards etc. in there. seems they still have the box system if you look at the pics.
