I am looking for someone to take over my apartment (Nachmiete, i believe it's called), it is a basement apartment in a very central area near Zülpicher Platz, one block away from a park (Rathenauplatz) and close to the University of Cologne.
The warm rent is 420 plus electricity., deposit is 1080.
It has a double bed, kitchen, bathroom, and a big couch is available from the landlord (who speaks english) at no extra cost (I just didn't need it).
