My client:
A full service provider for complex CRM and dialogue solutions are currently looking to expand their office based in Erlangen South Germany and seeking several international, multilingual service focused individuals to work as Profile Support Agents for their rapidly growing client base. In your role as a support agent you will work closely with international clients on small back office projects designed to enhance the clients brand identity:
Main Responsibilities:
• Key client management: daily contact and administrative duties
• b2b and b2c communication with customers in at least 3 languages (email, telephone, correspondence)
• Back office services
• Database management (maintenance of content systems)
• Fulfilment services
• Data management (analysing, excel)

The business language is English therefore all employees must have business fluent English skills (verbal & written)

Other Requirements:
• Educated to degree level or alternately relevant working experience
• Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales or call centre roles
• General marketing knowledge: customer and client development and product marketing (gained from practical or theoretical experience)
• Proven track record of working credentials
• IT literate (MS Office): word, excel, outlook, database experience
