It is our target to give the best possible service to our worldwide more than 16.000.000 customers.
Therefore more than 60 employees in Munich answer all thinkable questions in 17 different languages to customers in 37 countries via email.
To strengthen this team and to further enhance our Customer Services we are looking for agents to support our French and/or Dutch customers.

location: Munich
employment: part time, 10-20 hours/week
working time: week days and week end
salary: up to 13€ per hour

Your responsibilities:
• Processing e-mails
• Picture scanning & releases
• Free text scanning & releases
• Advancement of text modules
• Supportive Customer Service tasks (ad hoc)

Your profile:
• French and/or Dutch as mother tongue
• Reliable, independent, and precise work style
• Good PC and English skills
• Motivation and team spirit
