All shops for everyday needs, as well as markets of Hohenzollern- or Elisabethplatz are within easy reach.
Floor: wooden parquet, stoneware tiles in hall and bathroom
Furnishing: Modern, elegant style with sofabed, big cupboard, shelf, table, chairs
Kitchen: Integrated with dishwasher and freezing compartment plus microwave/grill

The studio will be free from Dec. 1st as long as you like.
