HI, I'm looking for a place to live within walking distance of the maybachufer area (ie kreuzkoln, graefekietz, treptow, kungerkiez, etc). i'm self-employed, an artist and musician and a non-smoker. generally quiet though i do play djembe. looking for similar situation for a shared flat - ie non smoking and no cats, omnivore-friendly and overall sunny disposition.
