Octoberfest Promille Certificate - Munich

I was at O-fest on Sunday and I got one of these promille certificates, but in the US we go by BAL. I tried a conversion formula (A=p*c*10*r), but the result is to high to still be alive. Could someone please provide a formula for this?

If you tell us what promille you had we can tell you if you should be dead or not.

Here's a hint: a promille is one-tenth of a percent. So if you had 1.5 promille, that's a .15% BAC.
