Leipzig. Winter 2009. Young ones.

Uh, hey. Been here for a year, and starting to get a bit bored of germans all the time. That doesn't mean I don't like them... just can't get through to them sometimes. You all know what I'm getting at.
Anyone out there who isn't gonna look out of place at a student shindig should carry on reading. Sorry, but I don't intend on hanging out with people my dads age just cos I miss England.

So if I haven't completely soured the tone already, maybe you would care to get back to me on here.

I am interested in music... tend to go to shows at UT Connewitz (Why?, Xiu Xiu, Lightning Bolt), films, food, football (natch), and I study at the HGB (art school). On top of that I am down to earth, and I like a good laugh.

What sort of music and movies do you like? The Stadtbibliothek here is SUPERB: they have original recordings of a lot of cool stuff such as The Seven Deadly Sins, Aufstieg und Fall der Stadt Mahagonny (spelling??), and so on...
Have you tried that out yet?

What age group did you have in mind, exactly? 14-24 year olds?

Though we are having surprisingly regular meetings at the moment in different pubs in Leipzig (alternate thread on here, can't be bothered finding the link) - if you're interested you could always join us. Mixture of ages though (Honiwabbit in particular must be at least 25...) so if you can't deal with that you probably shouldn't bother.
