All this talk of British cuisine has me hankering for one of the sausage meat pies that my Mum used to make. Does anyone know if the minced pork you get in the supermarkets here could be used as sausagemeat if bulked out with some bread crumbs?

sausage has spices, minced pork doesn't. Other than that it should be fine.
