I need some one to take over my sublet for 2 months November to the end of December. Its in Neukolln. close to the U8
the flat is super super nice. i love it but unfortunately cant stay

the total would be 650 upfront.
550= your 2 months rent.
100 is the caution. which you will get back at the end of DEC.

the sublet comes with a bike but your responsible for the bike.. if anything where to happen to it.

the sublet has 2 rooms it would be shared with one male.. he is a model and a artist. speaks in 4 different languages and is a nice guy to get along with.

the room you would receive have a flat screen tv. balcony and table.

the flat includes everything
wireless, heat, has a washing machine and a big kitchen.

its a nice flat. I don't have pictures at the moment because i don't move in until 1st October. I am leaving to go back to Canada because i have been offered a better job there. So that is why i have to go.
