Hi,

My company has just assigned me to a project in South Africa and I'm therefore looking to let out my apartment for 1 year.

The apartment is on the 5th floor of the hinterhaus in a lovely old building; about 90sqm, very spacious living room with original wooden beams in the ceiling and wood flooring, which leads on to a south facing large terrace with views of the Old synagogue (absolutely perfect for a great bbq/party!). It's fully furnished with all of my furniture including:

-Living room - a leather sofa, plasma screen, antique lamp, glass centre table, side tables etc
-Bedrooms - 2 double beds, wardrobe, reading table, shelving unit
-Kitchen - fitted kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, dryer, fridge/freezer, dinning table and 4 chairs, all my pots, pans, plates etc,etc
-Bathroom - washing machine, glass cabinet, towel rack/shelf

I only moved into my apartment from London last November and furnished it from scratch so all my appliances, furniture and every thing in it is less than a year old and in pretty immaculate condition.

The apartment is on Auguststrasse, so only a stone's throw from Oranienburgerstr. S and U bahn, trams stops, and from the hustle and bustle of Oranienburgerstr. It's surrounded by fantastic bars and restaurants on Auguststr, Tucholskystr. and the surrounding streets- real gems - plus you'd also have amazing galleries down your street. And because it's on the 5th floor in the back house, you have all this on the outside, but can literally hear a penny drop when you're indoors!

With bills including electrics & gas, it'll cost about 1400.

Basically, I'm leaving my (very precious) home behind and would like someone to look after it for me for 1 year :-)
