Good day Berliners! I am here from New York City working on an organizational proposal here in Berlin, as well as taking pictures and honing my vocal craft. I have completed advanced studies in Human Resource Management, as well as advanced studies in Business Administration and Teaching. I am vegetarian, quite clean (previously owned & operated a cleaning company), respectful, outgoing, have no pets, do not smoke, no children, nor do I party or abuse drugs. While I do not speak German, I am in the process of learning it. I am fluent in English and moderate in Spanish, however.

At this time I have an available budget of slightly more than 350 euro (warm) and will need something until the New Year, at the minimum. I seek a studio or two room flat with full amenities. However, while I prefer a furnished flat (i.e., bed, desk & chair, internet access, full bathroom & kitchen), unfurnished and/or cold flats are also a possibility. I am not too particular about neighborhoods, so long as it is safe and 'inside the U-Bahn circle.'
