ClubNight: Meat Katie (lot49) - Munich

Friday 22.Apr.2005 at The Garden

Moley
Meat Katie will be at The Garden on Friday 22nd April 2005.

Voted 4th best DJ at the 2004 breakspoll awards and with his FABRICLIVE 21 album out this month he shouldn't disappoint.

Saw/heard him at Eargasm at Fabric in London back in March, just wished he had an earlier set than starting at 4:30ish AM.

Plan to head to this one around 11:30-12:00ish with pre-club drinks if anyone wants to meet up.

I'd be pretty disappointed if I was hoping to see Krafty Kuts, Adam Freeland or Plump DJ's.

woof.

yeah, If you're into breaks and a fan of downloading stuff, try and find the recent essential mix that he did, it's absolutely storming, and really shows that breaks doesn't have to be one dimensional at all. His signature style is nice and growly with a dark acid tinged edge. I will definately be there for this one!!!

I managed to grab his Essential Mix a while ago, one of the reasons I'm looking forward to Friday night.

Will head to The Arc for a few beers before hand then U-Bahn it down to The Garden if people are interested.

Yeah, my greetings to Mark.
Unfortunately I am off to Prague for Nick Warren's and Moguai's gigs. I just have to do some tuning to make it to both gigs and survive also the preparty on Saturday afternoon and the afterparty on Sunday morning. I've been going already every bloody evening from 10PM to bed, I hope it helps cause I start feeling limp
Have fun guys ;-)

as long as I get paid tomorrow I will be going along for sure! Fingers crossed!!!

@Clark K: Man, we gotta make one of these prague trips together! Let me know when you are drinkin' and drivin' again! Have fun there. Say hello to all the hotties for me

Cheers!

Well, great music, but unfortunately not so many people! That was some of the best breaks I've ever heard. Everywhere in Munich was quiet last night though, even Fabio and Grooverider didn't pull in a huge crowd. Mr. Katie was a nice chap too.

...was at Fabio & Grooverider last night and circa 1:30am the downstairs floor was packed out at the Muffewerk or whatever the new place is called ..great venue with a good lounge/chill-out area in the loft part and to the side ...was impressed with the choonage and the club !!!
