I'm subletting my apartment in Berlin, starting in October, for six to the nine months, with the possibility of longer, because I'm moving to the Middle East. The flat is quite big (a little over 50 QM) with a big kitchen, a bathroom with a bath, and a washing machine. The apartment is fully furnished, and contains a sofa, and many books, and is very cosy in the winter, very quiet, and great for working. The building is right besides a tram stop, and about a minute's walk from Eberswalder Strasse U-Bahn (U2). The neighborhood itself (Kastanienallee) is very vibrant, with great bars and restaurants.
