Well - that's good for you coz I have a pretty good contract at M.I.S.S. studio (which doesn't mean it's only for girls: it's Munichs Innovative Sports Studio ;-) at Isartor. It's only 48 Euros per month including all the gym classes, sauna etc...
I have 2 months left: Oktober and November which I would give away for 85 Euros. The contract can also be overtaken to my conditions - you would usually have to pay 1,5 years in advance to get a contract like that.
